Boston Scientific Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage end-to-end order processes and support the Supply Chain Team with reporting and adhoc analysis. You will lead improvement initiatives and provide systems expertise to enhance efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Logistics, strong SAP familiarity, and solid analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Order entry, processing and KPI data updates.
• Handling stock returns, invoice processing.
• Tracking KPIs to support objectives and initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy within SAP and build analysis databases.
• Provide Administrative support as assigned.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
• Foster a culture of compliance by following guidelines and managing risk.

Note: This position is a contract position.

Job Summary

Assumes responsibilities for the end-to-end order management processes and continuous improvements. They are also responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Team's reporting requirements such as the development of new reports, providing adhoc analysis and providing systems expertise. The Supply Chain Analyst will also lead/support key improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain function.

Responsibilities

• Order entry & processing, maintenance and update of KPI data.
• Handling stock returns, invoice preparation and processing.
• Tracking of defined KPIs to support the team in achieving its objectives and initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy within SAP, build & maintain databases for ongoing analysis, and support adhoc analysis as identified by Sales Team personnel.
• Provide Administrative support as assigned.
• Identify opportunities and approaches for streamlining and automating routine processes.
• Fostering a Culture of Compliance by operating within guidelines and procedures, leading by example and focusing on risk assessment and elimination.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or any relevant degree.
• Familiarity/Literacy with SAP is a must.
• Performance oriented, analytical, and sharp minded.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, as well asadministrative & organizational skills.
