B. Braun Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Executive – Supply Chain Management to oversee order processing, invoicing accuracy, and delivery coordination. You will be the main contact for customer inquiries and collaborate with internal teams and 3PL partners to ensure timely deliveries.

We value detail orientation, 1–2 years in SCM, healthcare industry experience, and SAP SD/MM knowledge to support accurate planning and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GCE 'O' Level with experience.
• 1–2 years in Supply Chain Management with order management experience.
• Experience in healthcare industry (medical devices, pharmaceutical).
• SAP knowledge, SD and MM modules advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a valid Sales & Operations plan in support of customer requirements.
• Ensure the system is effective and error-free.
• Ensure customer orders are accurate and complete, with timely input and updates in SAP.
• Receive customer delivery requests, create delivery orders, and liaise with 3PL partners to arrange deliveries.
• Manage tender orders in accordance with customers’ requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, working with internal teams to address queries and resolve issues.
• Receive, document, and promptly forward product complaints to the designated local responsible person.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with suppliers on delivery timelines and expected arrival dates.
• Participate in lean initiatives and process improvement activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Supply Chain Management to join our Supply Chain Management team where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction by managing order processing, invoicing accuracy, and delivery coordination. You will act as a key contact for customer enquiries, support issue resolution, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain efficient operations, accurate data, and timely deliveries.

Your key responsibilities

• Maintain a valid, current Sales & Operations plan in support of customer requirement covering a planning horizon adequate to plan resources effectively;
• Assist in ensuring the system is effective and error free.
• Ensure customer orders are accurate and complete, with timely and correct input and updates in SAP.
• Receive customer delivery requests, create delivery orders, and liaise with 3PL partners to arrange deliveries.
• Manage tender orders in accordance with customers’ requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, working closely with internal teams to address queries and resolve issues where necessary.
• Receive, document, and promptly forward product complaints to the designated local responsible person.

What you will bring to the team

• Diploma or GCE “O“ Level, with experience.
• Min 1 – 2 years in Supply Chain Management, particularly possessing order management / fulfillment experience, or similar.
• Experience in the healthcare industry (medical devices, pharmaceutical).
• System knowledge: SAP, preferably in SD and MM modules, as it is advanteous.
