Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Loyang, Singapore, is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to manage and improve the Quality Management System, support supplier qualification, and implement inspection standards for materials.

The role requires at least 3 years of audit experience in manufacturing, familiarity with PFMEA, GR&R, 8D, CAPA, and will involve leading MRB meetings and driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in audits and ISO documentation within manufacturing.
• Familiar with PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R, 8D, and 5W problem-solving methodologies.
• Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain product standards
• Support new supplier/material qualification and resolve material quality issues
• Implement inspection standards for incoming and outgoing materials
• Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Lead MRB meetings and ensure effective root cause analysis with corrective actions
• Plan and conduct internal/external audits, review findings, and drive continuous improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers on quality-related matters
