• Hands-on experience with active optical components (lasers, detectors, drivers).
• Proficiency in quality methods including 8D and MSA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D to translate specifications into component-level requirements.
• Lead supplier qualification audits and manage approved vendor lists.
• Conduct structured quarterly business reviews with suppliers.
