Job summary

FINITI PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to support supplier quality management, audits and continuous improvement activities for electronics and related components.

You will collaborate with procurement, engineering and manufacturing to audit suppliers, qualify new components and monitor ongoing performance, driving CAPA and improvements across the supply base.

Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, manufacturing or a related environment.
• Exposure to electronics/electrical components, PCBA, plastics or other manufactured components.
• Basic understanding of quality tools, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Comfortable working with suppliers and conducting or supporting supplier audits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support supplier quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and company requirements.
• Involved in new supplier qualification and introduction of new components/products.
• Support the qualification, evaluation and ongoing performance monitoring of suppliers.
• Collaborate with suppliers to identify, investigate and resolve quality issues.
• Follow up on CAPA and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
• Review supplier quality documentation, processes and inspection standards.
• Support incoming quality issues and work with internal teams to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and maintain relevant quality records and reports.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing and other internal teams on supplier-related quality matters.
• Assist in supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives.
