Job summary

ResMed Inc in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Supplier Engineering to lead a team responsible for supplier performance, manufacturing process capability, product quality and supply continuity.

You will provide people, technical and operational leadership across NPI, sustaining engineering, supplier improvement and critical supply activities, working with Product Development, Quality, Planning and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years leading or managing professional engineers and teams.
• Experience with suppliers or contract manufacturers and resolving complex issues.
• Knowledge of manufacturing process development, validation and change control.
• Strong communication, negotiation and risk-based decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Supplier Engineers across experience levels.
• Balance resources across NPI, core work and supplier performance based on risk.
• Drive supplier quality, delivery and manufacturing issue resolution with clear ownership.
• Provide technical leadership across manufacturing technologies and ensure GMP compliance.
• Promote continuous improvement through data analytics and change leadership.
• Communicate risks and actions clearly to stakeholders.
