Job summary

YUMMYSIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead daily F&B operations in Singapore. You will supervise staff, coordinate rosters, monitor service quality, handle inventory and stock control, and guide the team to uphold hygiene and safety standards.

You will also assist management with operational reports and respond to customer enquiries, ensuring smooth service and compliance with standards across the outlet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant F&B or supervisory experience; able to supervise a team and work according to operational requirements.
