Job summary

FedEx is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead a team in our Credit & Collections and Billing operations. You will supervise day-to-day activities, coach staff, and ensure timely delivery of team deliverables in a fast-paced, regional environment.

Provides day-to-day supervision and coordination for a team of employees. Ensures the timely completion of team deliverables and supports first-level employee-related activities in accordance with local policies and guidelines. Responsibilities may include performance monitoring, coaching and development discussions, employee administration, and support for initial or informal disciplinary processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support basic people management activities and assist managers with employee-related administrative tasks.
  • Monitor and drive workgroup performance to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
  • Providing first-line leadership support and guidance to the team.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact between onshore teams and offshore management.
  • Coordinate daily team activities to maintain productivity, quality, and service standards.

  • Proven operational experience in Customer Financial Services, AR, or shared services environments
