Job summary

Z GREEN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable Site Supervisor to oversee renovation projects, direct on-site M&E activities, and ensure works meet contract specifications and schedules.

You will liaise with project managers, consultants, and suppliers, enforce WSH requirements, manage resources, and prepare daily/weekly reports to document testing and commissioning. The role emphasizes coordination, safety, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Attend site survey and reporting for the renovation jobs
• Site Supervision: Direct on-site M&E activities, including installation of electrical and mechanical services.
• Coordination: Liaison with project managers, consultants, and other trades to prevent scheduling conflicts and technical clashes.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory authorities (SCDF, NEA, BCA).
• Resource Management: Plan, schedule, and allocate manpower, tools, and materials to meet site productivity targets.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain documentation for testing and commissioning
• Read and execute the contract specifications
• Assist and prepare the material specification requirements for the works in advance planning
• Call and enquire the suppliers for the material and instrument and equipment
• Prepare monthly progress completion reports and get the required endorsement for PCC
