Job summary

PROJECT ELECTRICALS AND ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a capable supervisor to lead a team, set performance goals, organize workflow and ensure duties are understood, while guiding performance and providing coaching.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and familiarity with company policies; candidates should be able to work night shifts and Sundays/Public Holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as supervisor or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field.
• Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Able to work night shift.
• Able to work night shift.
• Able to work on Sunday & Public Holiday.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
