Job summary

GLAMOUR CATERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a service-oriented professional to maintain standards and supervise food and beverage operations. The role involves greeting customers warmly, taking and processing orders, and ensuring high-quality service across all F&B activities.

You will monitor cleanliness, enforce policies, and support the team to deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced catering environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and standard service procedures.
• Supervise upkeep of tools through proper usage of equipment and devices.
• Analyze customer requirements and prepare plans to resolve customer care issues and satisfy customers.
• Monitor cleanliness and sanitation for all growth-oriented organizational projects.
• Investigate design and provide materials/devices to enhance services.
• Facilitate procedures to take orders from customers.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure setup and supply meet standards.
• Monitor status of tasks assigned to staff.
• Prepare documents and maintain adherence to standards.
• Track assignments and follow up with management in waiting list.
• Inspect food and beverage preparation programs and maintain goodwill of company.
• Greet customers promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
• Apply F&B techniques correctly and serve items with enthusiasm.
• Anticipate unexpected needs and react promptly and tactfully.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by superiors due to business requirements.

Monitor and ensure optimal cleanliness, sanitation for all growth oriented organizational projects.

Perform regular investigation on design and provide all materials and devices to ensure enhancement of better services.

Facilitate procedures to take orders from the customers.

Coordinate with others and ensure staff set up and supply remain according to the standards.

Monitor status of tasks given to different staff.

Prepare documents and maintain adherence to the standards.

Monitor status of assignments and any follow-up in association with manage plus supervisor in waiting list.

Inspect food and beverage product preparation programs and maintain goodwill of company.

Greet customers promptly in a warm and friendly manner.

Applying F&B techniques correctly at all times, serving items with enthusiasm.

Anticipates any unexpected needs and reacts promptly and tactfully.

Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors due to business requirements.
