Job summary

MBSS CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee daily employee activities on site in Singapore. You will assign tasks, monitor attendance and productivity, and ensure timely completion of work while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.

Reporting to management, you will train and support staff, resolve workplace issues, prepare regular reports, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high standards of quality and safety on site.
