Job summary

PRIME MANPOWER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on supervisor to coordinate the daily operations and lead a team to deliver efficient service. You will supervise staff, give instructions, and ensure a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.

You will train staff to provide excellent customer service, monitor stock levels, order supplies, resolve guest complaints, and perform duties ordered by management to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees.
• Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
• Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure that all guest issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
