TIMES RECRUIT AGENCY in Singapore is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to oversee daily to monthly production planning, lead factory staff, and ensure safety and quality standards.

You will monitor equipment, drive continuous improvement with Lean methods, and coordinate with procurement and maintenance to keep production on track and minimize downtime.

Responsabilidades

• Production Planning: Implement daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing schedules to hit target output volumes.
• Team Leadership: Supervise factory workers, assign daily tasks, manage shift rosters, and conduct performance reviews.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), workplace safety rules (such as OSHA guidelines), and product quality inspections.
• Equipment & Maintenance: Monitor machinery health, coordinate with maintenance teams to fix breakdowns, and minimize downtime.
• Process Improvement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like defect rates and output speed, applying Lean or continuous improvement methods.
• Inventory & Materials: Track raw material usage and coordinate with procurement or logistics teams to prevent stockouts.
