Job summary

NISHA MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate manpower deployment, and supervise logistics and transportation activities.

You will manage site personnel, monitor performance, ensure safety, and maintain service delivery in line with client requirements. Key duties include supervising logistics and manpower, coordinating with transport teams, and preparing regular site reports for management review.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations involving logistics, freight transportation, and manpower services.
• Monitor employees' attendance, work schedules, duty rosters, and daily manpower deployment.
• Allocate work assignments to site personnel and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Coordinate with transport supervisors, drivers, and logistics teams to ensure smooth movement of goods and materials.
• Monitor employee performance, productivity, and compliance with company procedures.
• Liaise with clients, site representatives, and management regarding daily operational requirements.
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure operational efficiency, workplace safety, and service quality.
• Assist in planning manpower requirements and arranging suitable workforce allocation for operational assignments.
• Ensure employees follow workplace safety regulations, company policies, and site-specific requirements.
• Handle daily operational issues, employee concerns, and client feedback professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, site activities, manpower utilisation, and operational performance.
• Prepare daily and monthly site reports for management review.
• Coordinate with the operations team to improve workforce productivity and service delivery.
• Report workplace incidents, operational delays, and safety concerns to management promptly.
