GREEN CARE SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Cleaning Team Lead to manage daily operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness on-site. You will lead a team and coordinate with clients to meet expectations.

The role requires experience in cleaning/recycling, ISO familiarity, and the ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. On-site work with physical tasks and active facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cleaning or recycling.
• Experience with ISO compliance or audits preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned team to maintain cleanliness of the area.
• Conduct daily checks to uphold 6S standards.
• Attend daily briefings on work plans, safety and service expectations.
• Meet clients' KPI for the day.
• Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO and workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate recycling and waste segregation, collection and transport.
• Monitor recycling and waste collections in the system.
• Maintain cleanliness of recycling bins and collection points.
• Support ground operational needs.
• Serve as point of contact for clients and building management including pest control on service matters.
• Respond to feedback and complaints and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare service reports, including recyclables for client review.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new and existing staff.

Job Scope

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned team to maintain cleanliness of the area
• Conduct daily checks on the area, ensure 6S standards are maintained daily
• Conduct and attend daily briefings and toolbox meetings on work plans, safety andservice expectations
• Meet clients' KPI for the day
• Handle inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed
• Ensure compliance to company and client's SOP, ISO and workplace safety standards
• Ensure proper segregations, collection and transport of recyclables and general waste
• Monitor and ensure cleaning and recycling collections are accounted for into the system
• Make sure recycling bins, chutes and collection points are clean and well maintained
• Support ground operational needs
• Serve as point of contact for clients, building management including pest control management on service matters
• Respond promptly to feedbacks and complaints, follow up on corrective measures
• Prepare service reports, including recyclables for client review
• Conduct OJT for new and existing staff

Job Requirement

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience with cleaning / recycling background
• Experience in ISO compliance or audit is preferred
• Able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and pressure
• Time management and meticulous with minimal supervision
• Adaptability and ability to lead the team
• Must be able to work on rotating shift, weekend and public holidays
