Job summary

KIM HENG (HK) ROASTED DELIGHTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an outlet operations professional in Singapore to oversee daily store activities, both front and back of house, and lead the team to deliver excellent service.

You will train new staff and continuously develop existing team members while ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on supervision at the outlet level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
• Oversee both front and back of house operations
• Assist in training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
• Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
• Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
• Plan and assign daily workloads to team members.
• Plan team members’ work schedules and compile timesheet
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
