Job summary

TT ENVIRO PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cleaner Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at assigned sites in Singapore. The role involves guiding staff, scheduling duties, and ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are met on-site.

You will conduct site inspections, monitor attendance, ensure safe use of equipment, and train staff to uphold safety and quality. A proactive, communicative leader with facility-management awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning operations or team supervision is preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Able to manage and motivate a team of cleaning staff.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to resolve operational issues.
• Willing to work on-site and support operational requirements.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and workplace safety practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide cleaning staff in their daily duties.
• Assign work schedules, duties, and manpower according to operational requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning quality and standards are met.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and work performance.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment of cleaning materials.
• Ensure staff comply with workplace safety, health, and hygiene requirements.
• Provide on-the-job training and safety briefings to cleaning staff.
• Handle client feedback, service complaints, and operational issues promptly.
• Prepare daily work reports, attendance records, and other operational documentation.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager on manpower deployment and site requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
