Responsabilités

• Conduct sugar market research and support development of new destination markets and customer accounts.
• Coordinate execution of physical purchases and sales contracts; monitor performance and payment schedules.
• Place pricing orders and assist in managing sugar futures trading positions.
• Liaise with freight and logistics teams to monitor vessel schedules and delivery timelines.
• Monitor and reconcile daily MTM P&L reports; maintain accurate contract statuses.
