Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited (Singapore) is seeking a Subsea Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs in submarine cable engineering, survey, and installation. The role involves coordinating with multiple Amazon business units to deliver submarine cable projects worldwide and to implement new processes for continuous improvement.

The candidate should have proven ownership, strong learning ability, and expertise in telecommunications cable route engineering

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• 3+ years experience of marine operations for telecommunications cable survey and installation.
• Direct knowledge and experience in the subsea telecoms cable industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead submarine cable projects across the globe with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent and lead for Amazon in deployment and operational meetings across geographies.
• Ensure delivery of network with validated operational model for deployment.
• Knowledge of fiber-based networks spanning long haul and colocation with submarine cables.
