Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma holders preferred in counselling, psychology, social work or education.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with youths.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one befriending, mentoring and support to students.
• Assist with student management and on-ground discipline.
• Support case management through engagement and follow-up coordination.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and reports.
• Conduct motivational talks to boost resilience and confidence.
