Job summary

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) Asia in Singapore seeks a dynamic Executive, Student Recruitment to promote ERAU Asia, build relationships with students, families, counsellors and consultants, and help meet enrollment goals. The role requires travel, strong English communication, and CRM usage to track leads and outcomes.

You will conduct campus tours, coordinate local and international events, and support admissions through follow-ups and CRM record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• 1–3 years of work experience preferred.
• Willing to travel ~50% of the time, and occasional night/weekend work.
• Proficient with CRM systems and databases.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with overseas education partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with prospective students across channels; answer queries about programs, admissions, finances, campus life.
• Assist in developing recruitment marketing and outreach strategies; track progress and report results.
• Use CRM to manage prospects, follow up, and measure KPI ROI on events.
• Conduct campus tours for prospective students and families; coordinate local and international recruitment events.
• Support pre-course counselling and coordinate with Admissions to follow up on applications; maintain records in CRM.
