Job summary

Qualifications

• GCE 'N' / 'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year's relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage, record, and monitor late-coming students.
• Manage and monitor students on detention and suspension.
• Conduct patrols within and around school premises before, during, and after school hours.
• Support investigation and documentation of disciplinary incidents.
• Provide guidance and support to students involved in disciplinary cases.
• Perform admin duties (updating and filing disciplinary records and incident reports).
• Manage confiscation and return of students' handphones/PLDs.
• Assist with student supervision and crowd management (morning assemblies, recess, dismissal, school events).
• Provide admin and operational support for school events as required.
