Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a vigilant School Discipline Coordinator to support senior management and teaching staff in maintaining safety and order at the campus.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMT, parents, and students, overseeing discipline processes, keeping records, and coordinating safety measures across daily activities. Candidates with relevant experience and a valid First Aid certificate will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably 5 years' relevant working experience.
• Preferably former national uniformed services personnel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in report writing, documentation, and MS Office.
• Valid First Aid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Support SMT and teachers in student discipline cases, recess/activity management, detention, and corrective work
• Maintain discipline records, assist in investigations, and coordinate with parents/guardians
• Conduct walkabouts, monitor entry/exit points, manage crowd flow, and respond to emergencies
• Maintain student management records, track attendance, and prepare discipline trend reports
• Identify and refer students needing additional support; build positive relationships
• Support SMT briefings and other duties assigned by school management
