Job summary

Migrantlink Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Student Management & Discipline Support professional in Singapore.

You will manage attendance, monitor late-coming, supervise detention and school events, and assist with crowd control during assemblies and dismissals. You will also handle device confiscation and records, support incident investigations, and liaise with teachers and parents. Qualifications

• GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with students or teenagers, preferably in discipline management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patience and empathy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage, record, and monitor attendance and late-coming.
• Supervise detention and suspension and assist with crowd management during assemblies and events.
