Job summary

Damai Primary School in Bedok is seeking a Student Management Officer to support student welfare, investigation, and behaviour management. The role is deployed by MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD., with a salary range of SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,300 and a 7:15am–2:15pm schedule on weekdays.

You will conduct case investigations, supervise students, manage disciplinary processes, and maintain confidential records, collaborating with school staff to support at-risk students and ensure safe learning environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years' relevant experience in managing, supervising, mentoring or supporting children/youth.
• Experience in student discipline, behavioural support, investigation, conflict management or restorative practices.

Responsibilities

• Incident investigation and case management for student matters.
• Patrol and supervise students during school activities and manage conflicts.
• Detention, suspension and corrective measures with safe supervision.
• Documentation, reporting and confidential record management per school policy.
