Job summary

ACE @ WORK EDUCARE PTE. LTD. invites caring Student Care Teachers to join school-based teams at multiple primary and high schools in Singapore, helping students after school hours and supporting learning.

The role offers shift-based hours during terms and holidays, with salary SGD 1,400–1,600 monthly, and opportunities for professional development, training, and career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary O Level qualifications.
• Relevant experience in student care or working with children is preferred.
• WSQ Student Care Certification will be an advantage.
• Patient, patient and able to manage children effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students after school hours.
• Guide students in the completion of daily homework and spelling.
• Plan and conduct simple enrichment activities and programmes.
• Maintain discipline and implement classroom management strategies.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
• Perform administrative duties such as attendance taking and record keeping.

Job Title: Student Care Teacher (School-Based)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students after school hours
• Guide students in the completion of daily homework and spelling

Working Hours:

• Normal School Term: Monday to Friday (12:00PM / 1:00PMto 7:00PM
• School Holidays: Monday to Friday, 9-hour shift (e.g. 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, inclusive of lunch break)

Salary:

• $1,400 – $1,600 (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
