SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a Student Care Teacher to oversee daily routines, supervision, and learning support for students across Singapore. You will maintain a safe, engaging environment and document progress for families.

The role requires effective communication with parents, strong responsibility, and prior childcare experience. A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred; medical benefits and performance bonus are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related discipline would be advantageous.
• Prior experience in student care, childcare or working with children is an advantage.
• Good spoken and written communication is required for parent communication and administrative documentation.
• Responsible, dependable and attentive to students' needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily student routines including arrival, dismissal, meals and recreational activities.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment for students.
• Record attendance, student progress and incidents accurately.
• Perform school pick-up duties and monitor dismissal timings where required.
• Guide students in developing positive values, discipline and participation.
• Supervise homework and support spelling and key academic areas.
• Monitor academic progress and provide additional guidance where needed.
• Review and mark students' work accurately and on time.
• Maintain organised student academic and progress records.
• Plan and conduct activities based on lesson plans and schedules.
• Provide regular updates to parents regarding student progress, behaviour and well-being.
• Respond to parent enquiries professionally and constructively.

Position: Student Care Teacher

Location: Islandwide

Working hours: Shift 1 (7am-4pm) or Shift 2 (8am-5pm) / (9am-6pm).

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,800 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

• Prior experience in student care, childcare or working with children is an advantage.
• Good spoken and written communication is required for parent communication, student guidance and administrative documentation.
• Responsible, dependable and attentive to students' needs.
