Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a personnel for a School Behaviour Support role in Singapore. The role involves fact-finding, preventive student management, engagement with students, and parent communications.

Working hours are 7:15 am to 2:15 pm, Monday to Friday, during school terms, with no work on weekends or public holidays. The position has a fixed contract from Sep 2026 to Dec 2026, with an option to extend for one year.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level certification is required.
• Able to use simple Microsoft applications (MS Office).
• Comfortable working with primary school students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fact-finding interviews with students involved in disciplinary incidents.
• Gather statements from students and witnesses and review CCTV footage.
• Coordinate with HOD SML, Year Heads and School Leaders to prepare reports.
• Supervise identified behavioural hotspots and engage students during breaks.
• Engage parents and assist in preparing communications about student management.
