Job summary

ASTEC TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to support project execution from design to site delivery.

The role focuses on creating 2D shop drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards. You will attend project meetings, participate in tender submissions, prepare structural calculations, and lead aspects of project execution while leveraging AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of Fall Arrest System would be an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Software.
• Good Command in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Fluent in English.
• Good Team player.
• Positive and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Attend project/site meetings.
• Preparation of 2D shop drawings.
• Participate in Tender Submission.
• Project administration.
• Lead for Project execution.
• Prepare structural design calculations anddrawings.
• Ensure designs adhere to engineeringprinciples, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Able to operate Autocad Drafting Solution.
• Able to conduct calculation of steelstructure and assemblies would be an advantage.
