Job summary

ASTEC TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Civil/Structural Engineer with 3+ years of experience to support project execution, attend site meetings, and contribute to design development.

You will prepare 2D shop drawings and structural calculations, ensuring compliance with engineering principles, codes, and safety. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Good diploma or degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Min. 3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of Fall Arrest System would be an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Software.
• Good Command in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Fluent in English.
• Good Team player.
• Positive and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Attend project / site meetings.
• Preparation of 2D shop drawings.
• Participate in Tender Submission.
• Project administration.
• Lead for Project execution.
• Prepare structural design calculations and drawings.
• Ensure designs adhere to engineering principles, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Able to operate AutoCAD Drafting Solution.
• Able to conduct calculation of steel structure and assemblies would be an advantage.
• Any ad hoc task assigned.
