Job summary

china construction realty co. pte. ltd. seeks a civil/structural professional to lead a team of Structural coordinators and BIM Modellers in design and coordination works in Singapore.

You will oversee design calculations, drawings, and authority submissions, coordinating with consultants and other trades to ensure on-site activities align with drawings and ISO standards. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements
• Min 5-8 years’ of relevant experience in main contractor or consultancy firms or large scale projects
• Strong design concept skills; familiar with Eurocodes and local authority submissions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently within a team

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Structural coordinators and BIM Modellers for design and coordination works
• Design, analysis and planning for Civil & Structural engineering works
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions
• Ensure timely submission of plans and reports to Consultants and Authorities
• Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors and other trades (M&E, architecture) for specifications and technical issues
• Oversee on-site structural/Civil works to ensure compliance with drawings and standards
• Attend technical meetings and conduct site walks during construction
• Track test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Maintain document control and compile documentation per ISO standards
