Job summary

IUSCA invites applications for a strength and conditioning coach at IQF Level 4. The role delivers one-to-one and group coaching in a private performance facility, designing athlete programmes and conducting testing.

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree and S&C accreditation, with a target-driven role and some business development work. Base salary is disclosed with performance commission. Closing date 30 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required along with S&C accreditation.
• Experience delivering one-to-one and group coaching.
• Design evidence-informed conditioning programmes and conduct testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one and group S&C coaching for youth, adults and professionals.
• Design and implement evidence-informed training programmes.
• Conduct testing and assessment and support services for clubs, schools and partners.
• Engage in business development activities to grow client base.
