• Support the Group Managing Director and Executive Committee by helping develop and shape the Group’s forward-looking strategy and planning.

The position will:

• Initially focus on the shipping business, with potential to expand later into the Group’s non-shipping investments.
• Require strong financial analysis skills and the ability to connect numbers to strategy and future implications.

• Willing to learn the shipping business in depth, even without extensive prior shipping experience.
• Capable of asking thoughtful questions, investigating unclear issues and forming informed views over time.
• Able to support senior-level planning, including quarterly reviews and long-term Group planning.
• Demonstrates sound judgment, ownership, follow-through and growing independence.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder or above in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years related work experience in strategy development, business analysis, management consulting, or related roles, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and competency in data analysis and presentation.
