Qualifications

• 2–3 years working experience in investment and research, or corporate finance.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, build business cases, and develop financial models to evaluate opportunities.
• Assist end-to-end deal execution including industry research, financial modelling, risk assessment, valuation, due diligence, structuring and closing.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management with findings and recommendations.
• Track financial and operational metrics and monitor portfolio company developments including valuations.
