Job summary

We Are Social Singapore is seeking a full-time intern to join our Strategy team for 4-5 months. This hands-on role offers exposure to end-to-end planning, brainstorming sessions, content creation, and collaboration across departments in a fast-paced creative environment.

You will gain practical experience in research, social insights, channel strategy, content calendars, and performance reporting while developing time-management and coordination skills for a dynamic advertising career.

Qualifications

• Available for a full-time internship of 4–5 months.
• Positive, committed, energetic and eager to learn.
• Willing to learn and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Research & insights: monitor trends, competitor analysis, social listening to understand audience behaviour.
• Communications & content strategy: define channel strategies, build content pillars, translate goals into platform-native concepts.
• Community management & monitoring: provide on-ground observations and insights from the brand's community.
• Reporting & data analytics: track performance on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn; clean and interpret data for monthly and ad-hoc reports.
