Job summary

We Are Social Pte Ltd is seeking a full-time Strategy intern to join our team in Singapore for a 4-5 month period. You will support end-to-end planning, brainstorm with colleagues, contribute to content creation, and gain exposure to a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key responsibilities include researching trends and audience insights, building channel strategies and content calendars, monitoring communities, and assisting in data-driven reporting across major platforms.

Responsibilities

• Research & Insights: Monitor fast-moving social trends, conduct competitor analysis, and dive deep into social listening to understand audience behaviour.
• Communications & Content Strategy: Assist in defining channel strategies and building content pillars for planned and reactive campaigns. Build social content calendars with creative ideas and collaborate in brainstorming sessions.
• Community Management & Monitoring: Provide on-ground observations and actionable insights from the brand’s community through daily social and community management.
• Reporting & Data Analytics: Support tracking of organic content performance across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn; clean, gather and interpret data into actionable insights for monthly and ad-hoc reporting.

About The Role

We are now looking for a full-time intern to join our Strategy team, ideally available to start on short notice and able to commit to a minimum of 4-5 month.

You will play a key supporting role in the Strategy team, a core function within the agency that works closely with different departments. You will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end planning process such as – collaborating in brainstorming sessions, seeing ideas come to life, contributing to content creation, and gaining exposure to learning in a creative, fast-paced environment. You will also develop essential skills in time management and coordination, which are invaluable for any future role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Research & Insights: Monitor fast-moving social trends, conduct competitor analysis, and dive deep into social listening to understand audience behaviour. Uncover audience nuances and emerging cultural shifts to help shape actionable insights.
• Communications & Content Strategy: Assist in defining channel strategies and building content pillars for both planned and reactive campaigns. Help translate brand goals into platform-native concepts, build out social content calendars with creative thought-starters, and actively collaborate in team brainstorming sessions.
• Community Management & Monitoring: Provide on-ground observations and actionable insights surrounding the brand’s community through daily social and community management.
• Reporting & Data Analytics: Support the team in tracking organic content performance across major platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Clean, gather and interpret data into actionable insights for monthly and ad-hoc reporting.
