Job summary

VML invites a Strategy Intern to join our Strategy and Planning team, supporting brand campaigns and strategic development across diverse clients. You will gain hands-on exposure to market research, competitive analysis, content creation, and campaign execution.

Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary agency team in a hybrid Singapore-based role, with a focus on learning and growth over 4–6 months

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Marketing/Advertising/Communications degree.
• Strong interest in marketing, communications, and strategy with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time, and self-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving mindset and fresh ideas.
• Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commit to 4–6 months; full-time is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market Research & Analysis: assist in gathering data and analyzing trends.
• Campaign Strategy Support: help develop marketing and communications strategies.
• Content Strategy: contribute to brainstorming and creating social media content.
• Trend Monitoring: stay up-to-date on marketing and digital trends.
• Campaign Reporting & Metrics: assist in measuring KPIs and preparing reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
