Job summary

Carousell Pte Ltd invites applications for a full-time, 6-month internship in our Marketing team based in Singapore, starting January 2027. You will support campaign execution, social content creation, and data-driven insights to optimise performance across channels.

Ideal candidates are pursuing Marketing or Business degrees with strong copywriting, familiarity with social platforms, basic video editing, and a proactive, multitasking mindset suitable for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Marketing or Business degree at polytechnic or university.
• Strong copywriting skills and familiarity with social platforms.
• Basic video editing and content creation using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
• Ability to generate insights from large datasets and present recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Innovative mindset with ability to think creatively under constraints.
• Self-starter, multi-tasker with solid project management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Implement marketing campaigns across in-app and external channels and measure performance.
• Ensure day-to-day operational excellence of marketing activities.
• Conceptualize and execute social media strategy; create engaging content.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to produce marketing assets.
• Support data reporting and generate actionable insights.
• Monitor user behavior in the Carousell app and suggest campaign improvements.
• Ideate low-cost social content and create hacky videos; stay on trend.
• Leverage AI tools to brainstorm concepts and optimize copy for platforms.
• Provide ad-hoc operational support for the marketing team.
