Job summary

Etiqa Insurance Singapore is seeking a dynamic Strategy professional to support development, execution and reporting of strategic priorities. You will work with business leaders to coordinate planning, perform market/competitor analyses and prepare management and Board reporting.

The role suits a high-performing professional with 5–7 years in strategy, corporate planning, or financial services, aiming to own strategic initiatives while developing leadership and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/fin/strategy-related field with 5–7 years in corporate planning or consulting.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual strategic planning and business planning processes across the organisation.
• Conduct strategic, market and financial analyses to support strategy formulation and decision-making.
• Assist in developing business cases, strategic recommendations and growth opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging developments affecting strategic direction.
• Support strategic reviews and planning workshops with business and functional teams.
• Track progress against KPIs and prepare dashboards and reports for management and Board.
• Coordinate information gathering across units for periodic reviews.
• Support transformation initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
