Job summary

SMRT Trains Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Workforce Productivity & Governance to support the Deputy Director in driving workforce productivity, governance, and regulatory reporting across SMRT Trains.

You will oversee performance monitoring, coordinate submissions, manage governance frameworks, and partner with HR, Finance and Business Units to ensure efficient resource governance and achievement of productivity objectives while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 4 years in corporate planning, workforce planning or governance functions
• Experience in strategic planning, transformation, or productivity initiatives
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce productivity frameworks and KPIs.
• Coordinate productivity reviews and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for decision making.
• Oversee governance processes for workforce productivity and policies.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce initiatives.
• Support annual business planning including budgeting and resources.
