Job summary

SMRT Trains Ltd is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to assist the Deputy Director in developing and executing corporate engagements, visits, events and partnership initiatives with internal stakeholders, local agencies and overseas partners.

The role requires highly organised, proactive individuals capable of managing multiple workstreams and delivering high-quality engagements aligned with strategic priorities and corporate image.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in operational or management role with stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with business planning in regulated environments is desirable.
• Ability to think strategically and apply critical thinking to challenges.
• Team-oriented with a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

• Engage effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Coordinate initiatives with multiple stakeholders, meeting timelines and tracking progress.
• Demonstrate agility in addressing unforeseen challenges and plan changes.
• Develop and oversee budgets, monitor expenses and optimise resources.
• Coordinate with Corporate Shared Services and Trains Management on programmes and events.
• Perform secretariat duties at Board, Management and Key Stakeholders meetings.
• Support ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
• Contribute to team effectiveness by sharing best practices and workload management.
