Prive Technologies is a Singapore-based platform for investment managers, seeking a Business Development Director to drive strategic, consultative sales to enterprise clients in wealth management across Southeast Asia.

This is a full-time, on-site role with hybrid options; you will build executive relationships, lead multi-year negotiations, and contribute to growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in the financial industry with 5+ years selling wealth/investment tech to financial institutions.
• Established relationships with senior industry executives.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation skills focused on commercial outcomes.
• Energetic, organized, team-oriented and delivery-focused.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with executive decision-makers across the industry.
• Develop partnerships to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Navigate complex sales cycles from lead generation to contract.
• Develop sales strategy to expand Prive's platform in major institutions.
• Collaborate across the organisation to drive initiatives.
• Provide feedback to the product roadmap based on client insights.
