Job summary

Privé Technologies is seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to cultivate and expand client relationships within wealth management and financial technology across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

You will act as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, drive renewals and upsell opportunities, collaborate with product, implementation and customer success teams, and deploy a consultative, client-centric approach to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in relationship/account management or B2B enterprise sales, preferably fintech/wealth management.
• Experience with institutional clients such as private banks or asset managers.
• Understanding of wealth management technology and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients across wealth management and financial services.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for assigned accounts; monitor evolving business needs.
• Develop account strategies to raise satisfaction, retention and long-term partnerships.
• Hold regular meetings and reviews to gather feedback and identify new opportunities.
• Support contract renewals, commercial discussions and ongoing account development.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to expand Privé's solutions within accounts.
• Create and execute an account/sales strategy to grow Privé's footprint in major institutions.
• Generate new business via networks, partnerships and proactive outreach.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing with multi-stakeholder stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Product, Implementation and Customer Success teams for smooth delivery.
• Share market intelligence and client feedback with leadership to shape product and strategy.
