Job summary

The Business Development Manager at XYLEM WATER SOLUTIONS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. leads sales efforts across water solutions, delivering strategic plans to meet targets and drive growth in Singapore.

You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and support marketing campaigns with compelling product messaging. You will mentor sales staff, conduct product demonstrations, and build lasting relationships with clients, while maintaining accurate pipeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in sales tools and software (Salesforce, CRM).
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.
• Knowledge of experimental design and statistical analysis techniques.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
