Job summary

Univers seeks a seasoned Senior Enterprise Account Manager to own strategic relationships with utility, grid operator, and infrastructure customers across Singapore and ASEAN. Your mission is to expand deployments into multi-product, multi-year partnerships, aligning Univers capabilities with operators' operational priorities.

You will work with regulators, utilities, and energy ecosystem stakeholders to identify grid modernization opportunities, and to scale reference accounts regionally across

Qualifications

• Singaporean citizen with access to critical information infrastructure.
• 10+ years in the power sector; 5+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Deep knowledge of grid operation and market structure in Singapore.
• Proven record growing strategic accounts with multi-year, multi-product deals.
• Able to explain AI, data platforms, and software architecture to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic account plans and multi-year expansion roadmaps.
• Build trusted relationships across utilities, regulators, and operators.
• Translate grid pain points into Univers use cases and business cases.
• Lead end-to-end commercial cycles including proposals, tendering, and renewals.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.
