You should bring a strong consulting background with 4+ years in financial services, ideally with experience in Asian markets, and you will engage across departments to drive effective change and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial services or banking.
• Experience with research (quantitative and qualitative) preferred.
• Strong consulting background required.
• Experience in Asian markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic point of view and formalize strategy papers (as analyst, stream lead, or project manager).
• Support transformation program delivery (in partnership with business stakeholders).
• Participate in key management committees, tracking items for follow-up.
• Contribute to team development (recruitment, knowledge development, training, etc.).
