Morgan McKinley is seeking a Strategic Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end organizational and digital transformation in Singapore. Qualifications

• 7–10 years in transformation, consulting, or digital initiatives.
• 3–5 years leading cross-functional teams or strategic workstreams.
• Strong governance, data-to-priority translation, and risk management.
• Executive-level communication and influencing across stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategic intent into multi-year transformation initiatives and operating models.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery from discovery to benefits realization.
• Design tiered digital capability programs for 400+ staff and promote digital inclusion.
• Run pilots and hypothesis-led tests for new service models with clear escalation criteria.
• Manage ecosystem with public-sector bodies, vendors, and partners to align funding and KPIs.
• Provide executive engagement and secretariat support for leadership retreats and strategy cascades.
