Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Technical Sales Executive for the Tuas area to drive new business in engineering and industrial equipment. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with customers and vendors, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders.

The role requires a diploma in engineering and at least two years of technical sales experience, with a valid driving licence advantageous. On-site role with transport support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent is required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, prospecting and customer engagement.
Build and manage relationships with customers, vendors and business partners.
Support management in preparing business proposals, distributorship opportunities and commercial presentations.
Lead and support sales activities including joint sales visits, customer presentations and direct selling.
Understand customer technical and commercial requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and supporting sales documentation.
Track sales activities, pipeline and performance using CRM systems.
Review sales performance and prepare regular management reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and market-share developments.
Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to support customer requirements and order fulfilment.
