Job summary

HTX is Singapore's first S&T agency delivering transformative, operationally-ready homeland security solutions. The role focuses on market research, vendor engagement, and end-to-end project management for capability delivery, ensuring governance and cybersecurity across systems.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant engineering/CS/IT degree and 3–5+ years of experience, with a strong interest in technology, and PMP certification being an advantage. Two-year contract upon onboarding.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
• Preferably more than 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong interest in technologies and innovation.
• PMP or equivalent certification would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Familiarity with the Home Team environment would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research across identified capability demand areas and engage vendors and industry partners.
• Manage end-to-end project management for capability delivery projects with stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare technical documentation for tenders, system design, and test plans.
• Ensure cybersecurity, governance, and proper integration of hardware and software components.
• Oversee post-delivery (Day 2) activities for smooth transition and sustained performance.
